A Failure Primer

Nicholas C. Rossis

I’ve heard a lot of authors lately complain about their failing sales. Heck, even Mark Dawson was complaining that his sales have dropped. Explanations range from the impact of politics–from the midterms to the American President’s antipathy toward books and reading–to the plethora of titles published in recent years.

I often host inspirational posts, like my recent From Failure To Billionaire: 18 Jaw-Dropping Examples or my Unusual Jobs Held by Famous Writers. So, if your sales are among those suffering, consider this lovely Fail Chart by ToneDeaf Comics my contribution to your wellbeing:

Also, don’t forget the immortal words of The Muppet Show:

If at first you don’t succeed, fail, fail again!

Hey, you can’t be as bad as Gonzo, right?
