I suffer from panic attacks and anxiety attacks. This does help get back in control.

  3. I have panic disorder and Agoraphobia. I have had it for about 12 years and have learned much about it. full testing and a daily struggle. I write, walk, and workout. Getting away from some of the things that aggravate it are good. I don’t watch the news at night, no more caffeine, and eating better has changed me.
